Message	Ask around and see how much a business can charge you for a bounced check. IT IS A SET PRICE!!! (per FL St. 832.07 (1)(a), the price is $50 for a check $300+). If the money has already been paid and he did cash the check, take your records over to the J-ville Police and have them accompany you over to the shop to pick up your stuff. THIS A CIVIL MATTER!!! The JP has no power to make this guy do anything but this may scare him into giving you your property. Check online for the statute and let me know.
